Troubleshooting:

Some people report issues with the stamp lifting the design from the plate.  If you seem unable to lift the design with the stamp, try using a fairly coarse nail file to rough the surface of the stamp itself.  (Make sure you clean off any powder or residue left by the file with some dry kitchen roll before trying to lift another design.)  Another problem which could cause this is leaving too much time between scraping and then pressing the stamp on the design.  Konad paint dries very quickly when it is in such thin quantities so you have to move fast! 

It won't be perfect first time, and will take time to get used to but it is definitely worth the patience!
